This system, in addition to making it easier for the customer, who will instantly know the total amount of the order, significantly reduces preparation and shipping times.

Shipping times

We are able to process every order within 24 hours (working days).

Delivery times

Italy:
Within 24 hours of shipment. For islands, delivery is expected within 48 hours.
(Except for unforeseen circumstances due to force majeure or locations that are difficult to reach)
Delivery is not expected on holidays and days before holidays.

Europe:
Once your order has been processed, delivery is expected in approximately 3-5 days to all European countries.
Excluding holidays and days before holidays.

Rest of the world:
Delivery times vary from 7 to 20 days, depending on the destination country.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation, the buyer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are accepted only if:

• the product is returned intact, never used and never assembled;

• the original packaging and all its parts are present and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are always paid by the buyer.
